Being Cam's brother I have seen the whole progression of his career. He works extremely hard and has the biggest balls in MTB. His whole life is dedicated to pushing him the sport, his health, his business, and anything else he feels necessary to succeed at. Growing up we rode everyday together and people will tell you that I had more talent and I am still a better athlete. However, talent, and athleticism will only take you so far. This article speaks perfectly to his personality and his drive. He has some of the greatest drive, and ability to perservere of any athlete I have ever seen. Over coming what would be career ending injuries in other sports have only caused him to work harder. From losing sponsors right after buying a house, to breaking a leg right before the season, to getting an 8th concussion and getting back up to land the biggest 360 ever landed on a bike is how I know my brother. He is a man who lives his life by his own rules with what appears to be no regard for his body and future, is actually the summation of years of taking calcualted risks, failures, and reaping the rewards of hard work.
